Objective

Successfully enter to the Russian  market and obtain a first real contract there

 

Methods used

  1. Secondary research (gathering adequate and reliable information; developing understanding and insight into new markets, identify entry points and prioritize target niches)
  2. Organization of all necessary activities (meetings points, presentations, etc)
  3. Support throughout all the projects (translations, follow up, etc)
  4. Performing the fire-tests inthe local laboratory.

 

Results

Prospective clients/industry leaders are aware of the product and interested in further collaboration. The next meeting is scheduled in summer 2016 with the objective to discuss the pilot project.
